Pilates is a total mind/body conditioning exercise programme, based on activating the deep abdominal muscles to create a strong central core. From this stable base, you will develop and enhance posture, strength, muscle tone and a more confident body image.

  • Greater strength and muscle tone
  • Improved flexibility
  • A flatter stomach and trimmer waist
  • A more efficient respiratory, lymphatic and circulatory system
  • Lower stress levels
  • Better posture and thus less postural related problems
  • Improved pelvic floor function

Who is Pilates for?

Pilates is for everyone, young or old, fit or not so fit, because we all need to move and Pilates is about natural flowing movement.
